Send a campaign to more than one list
Sign-Up.to makes it easy to send to more than one mailing list at once. You can set up rules that combine multiple lists, de-duplicate the contacts on those lists and even perform advanced filtering based on subscriber profiles. All of this is done without affecting the actual data in your lists, instead you create Searches – rules which tell Sign-Up.to how to process your data.
To start click Send and click the ‘Create search’ button in the ‘Select lists’ box.
A new page will appear where you can name the search you are creating. We recommend naming the search with something you’ll remember, so that you can use it again easily.
In the folder list select the folder(s) the lists you want to select sit in, and then select the appropriate lists (hold down ctrl or the apple key to select multiple lists). At the bottom of the screen you’ll find additional options to exclude subscribers on specific lists and further refine your selection. When you’re done, click the Save Search button.
You’ll now be taken back to the send page and your search will be selected. In the ‘Subscribers Matching Your Criteria’ you can see the total number of unique subscribers selected by this search.
Now to send your email campaign click the ‘select email’ button.
