Filter subscribers (using subscriber profiling)
Within the Send section of your account, you can filter your subscribers using subscriber profiling. The benefit of this is that it allows you to target specific subscribers within your database.
1. When you first log into your account, click Send.
2. Next, click create search in the ‘select subscriber profile’ box.
3. Here you will need to name the search you are creating.
4. Then click the refine search button at the bottom of the page and this will expand the section above to include the profiling you have created in the Collect section of your account. Once you have selected the subscribers you want to filter by click the save search button.
In this section you can also filter your subscribers by other factors, for example gender – if this information has been collected in your data capture form.
1. To filter subscribers by gender, first click the create search button in the ‘select subscriber profile’ box.
2. Again, on the new page you will need to name the search you’re creating. Then click the gender you want to filter your subscribers by and click the save search button.
3. This will take you back to the Send section and in the subscribers matching your criteria box, you will see how many subscribers have been filtered.
