Getting your email to the right people
Getting your email to the right contacts on your database is easy with our targeting tools. You set up rules to select which lists you want to target: you can combine lists (don't worry, we de-duplicate automatically), exclude people on certain lists and then filter those results based on the profiles of the subscribers (for example by birthday or postcode - or both!)
These selections don't affect your actual data, they're just rules used to select who gets this email. You can save your rules for later use and if you schedule your email for future delivery then it will be sent to the subscribers that match your rules at the send time - so you can be sure you're always using the most up-to-date data.

Scheduling your email
You can schedule your email for delivery at any time up to a year ahead, so you can select the perfect date and time for your email.
We also let you decide the speed that we send your email out at (rate limiting) so if you've got a large list you can control the response rate and you can choose to exclude people who you've already contacted with a certain period of time (frequency limiting) so that you don't bombard subscribers with too many emails.
Whitelisting and authentication
We send a lot of email. Hundreds of millions of emails in fact. We are, however, very picky about who we let use our systems and what we let them send - we're all about permission marketing here.
What this means is that our servers are on the whitelists of many major ISP's, helping us get your emails past spam filters and into the inbox (because we only allow legitimate email through our servers). On top of this we take care of reputation monitoring and applying authentication techniques like DKIM and SPF to help improve your deliverability even further.
