The BDP Media Group comprises a number of specialist, integrated communications companies that create innovative and effective communication and learning solutions for public and private sector organisations. Skill Boosters is the division of BDP Media that provides award winning diversity, personal development and executive communications training solutions. Their video, e-learning and trainer-led programmes are designed for all levels of learners including foundation level employees, managers, trainers and HR representatives.
The Skill Boosters' marketing team wanted to communicate with their customers on a more regular basis to keep them updated with the products and services which they provided. They were looking for a more cost effective and time saving way of doing this without having to outsource the eflyer design development and mailing to another company.
Marketing Manager Rachel was first introduced to Sign-Up.to at a marketing exhibition, where she discovered how the system would enable her team to easily produce their email marketing campaigns in-house. Campaign results are fed back to the Skill Boosters sales team, who follow up with people who click particular links. This provides further marketing intelligence, as they are able to ask why people don't go any further after clicking certain links, e.g was it cost or the message? This valuable feedback then enables the marketing team to improve future campaigns accordingly.
