Interio - email marketing case study
Sign-Up.to helped Interio target their database more effectively and increase enquiries from their email campaigns.
Using the Sign-Up.to analysis tools, Marketing Assistant Valerie is able to target specific groups of people based on what they did with each campaign - including whether they opened or didn't open the email, or clicked on specific links. She can also see in-depth statistics for each campaign.
"They are invaluable statistics." Says Valerie. "We can see if it's working and it's given us a fantastic tool to reach our clients as opposed to postal mail outs which take a lot of time and effort and stamp licking!!!"
Interio decided they needed to get into the 21st century and improve their website and email marketing campaigns.
"We were sending out amateurish emails from Outlook Express with no proper links or way of analysing who was reading them and what was being done with them. Also we were getting back tons of non deliverables which took ages to sift through and sort out" explains Valerie.
"We originally looked at a company called Constant Contact - but they were American and I could never get an answer to calls or emails which was frustrating! Our Design agency recommended Sign-Up.to and we haven't been disappointed."
Valerie got started with Sign-Up.to in three easy stages:
- A new email template was created by Interio's design company and uploaded by the Sign-Up.to team
- Test campaigns were created to practice uploading new images and changing text to make sure nothing substandard would be sent out to clients.
- Interio's client list was easily uploaded as a CSV file and the first campaign was sent
