I am very dissapointed with the new analysis page. You have changed the best thing about your website which initially made me join you. Before the changes, I could see clearly all the data on one page and only had to click if I required it in different formats. Now you have changed it I have to click at least 3 times before I can see specific data. I also prefered scrolling down rather than clicking rather than clicking on a next button. You have now made a your website more time consuming and less user friendly.

Thanks for your feedback, it’s most appreciated.

I’d like to understand which areas you find harder to use now so that we can try and address this – the main report page shows the same figures as before but in a slightly different format, is it the display of the lists of specific data that you find less useful now (for example viewing the details of people who opened the email?)

    Kind regards

    Matt

    Hi Dan,

Just wanted to let you know that we’ve added a drop down box that allows you to select how many records are show per page in the part of the new Analyse section that displays data in tables. The top limit is 1000, which should be enough for most people – hopefully that should fix at least one of your issues with the new section!

    cheers,

    – Peter

Right so where has the download button gone so I can actually send these reports to my customers??

Thats a very important feature for us as we bureau jobs for our customers and then send them the reports.

    Hi Archie

This function will be reappearing soon in a new format- in the mean time the best option is to save it as a PDF from within your browser and send that to the client. You can also set your clients up with a login that gives them access to only their analytics and that way give them access to the live stats.

    Best

    Matt

    Hi Archie,

Today we re-enabled the “Email this report” feature for email campaign reports. SMS reports will be incoming soon!

    cheers,
