Today we wave goodbye to Karen, who has led our customer support team for the last couple of years. Karen’s off to explore Australia, so we’re all very jealous of the fun she’ll be having. Except for Brenden, Australian by birth, who would rather be in rainy England. Takes all sorts I suppose!
